These functions help the Admin to: * Control content and user behavior within the chat room. * Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment. * Monitor interaction levels and communication effectiveness among members. * Support efficient management and operation of the online learning system. ## Step 1: Login and prepare the system 1. Log in to the website with the admin account 2. Install and active the Chatboz AI plugin As described in the document: 3. Activate the LearnPress plugin.
4. Go to the Plugins page and make sure all required plugins are in Active status. All activated plugins will appear in the Plugins page.
## Step 2: Create a course and a chat room 1. Go to **LearnPress** → **Courses** → **Add a New Course**.
2. Fill in all required course information (title, description, content, price ...) 3. Scroll down to the Chat Room section in the course settings. Click Create Chat Room to create a chat room for this course.
After the chat room is created, a confirmation message will appear. From this message, the Admin can also delete the newly created chat room if needed.
4. Add sections, lessons, quizzes if needed.
5. After completing all required course information, navigate to the **Publish** section located at the top-right corner of the screen. In this section, the Admin can: * Click **Preview** to review how the course will appear to users. * Edit the **Status**, **Visibility**, and **Publish schedule** if needed. * Click **Publish** to make the course publicly available.
After a course is created and published, it will be displayed on the **Courses** page. On this screen, the Admin can view a list of all created courses along with key information such as: * Course title * Author * Curriculum (number of sections, lessons, quizzes) * Number of enrolled students * Price * Publish date The Admin can perform the following actions: * Click on the **course title** to edit the course. * Use **Bulk Actions** to apply actions to multiple courses at once. * Filter courses by date. * Search for a specific course. * Move a course to **Trash** if needed. This screen allows the Admin to manage and monitor all courses efficiently from a centralized location.
## Step 3: Join and use the Chat Room 1. Open the course After publishing the course, the system will generate a course link. The Admin can: * Click on the generated course URL to access the course page directly. * Click **View Course** to open and review the published course. This allows the Admin to verify the course content and access related features, including the Chat Room.
2. After the chat room is created for a course, Admin can join it in two ways: * Option 1: From the Course page (Discussion tab) * Open the course page * Click the Discussion tab. * The Chat Room window will open, and the Admin can start sending messages to other members in the course.
* Option 2: From a Lesson or Quiz * Open any Lesson or Quiz in the course. * Click the Chat Room button on the right side of the screen.
The Chat Room will open, and Admin can send messages to members directly in the context of that Lesson/Quiz. ## Step 4: Use message-level actions When hovering over a message in the chat room, the Admin is provided with the following actions: * Reply: Respond directly to a specific message. * Pin: Pin the message so that it appears as an important announcement in the chat room. * Reaction: Add an emoji reaction to the message. * Edit: Edit the content of the message. * Copy: Copy the message content to clipboard. * Delete: Remove the message from the chat room.
## Step 5: Manage users in the Chat Room In the Chat Room management interface, Admin can: * Blocked Users: Block a user so they cannot send messages or access the Chat Room. * Muted Users: Temporarily mute a user to restrict their ability to send messages. * Pinned Messages: View and manage the list of pinned important messages.
* View Chat Room statistics * Total Messages Today: Total number of messages sent today. * Average Response Time: Average response time between members. * Active Members: Number of active users in the room. * Pinned Messages: Number of pinned messages.
